Protect time for high-value work by organizing your calendar for 1) deep work in the mornings and 2) meetings/managing in the afternoons. The goal here is to direct your highest energy state to your most important task(s) for the day. (So, if you experience your peak energy state later in the day, flip the order so that your most important task is slotted then.)
