Massage is a recovery tool to recover from both deep work as well as physical training.

  • Tight neck and shoulder muscles often limit the circulation to the brain, which consequently does not support memory or concentration
  • It counteracts all the sitting we do
  • It promotes deep sleep

I’ve found the best time to get a massage is around 4pm to 5pm before my sunset time and the slot right in between lunch and dinner.
