Here are some really simple ways to get started:
- Do a 7-minute workout in breaks between work
- Follow youtube videos for stretching, home cardio, yoga routines, and flows
- Stretch at your desk while working
- Take walks after every 25 minutes of focused work (goes well with Pomodoro)
- Go out for a walk at least once a day preferably around nature
- Do a stretching session every morning and evening
