It is said that your brain only works when your feet are moving – Movement fuels brainpower.

Here are some really simple ways to get started:

  • Do a 7-minute workout in breaks between work
  • Follow youtube videos for stretching, home cardio, yoga routines, and flows
  • Stretch at your desk while working
  • Take walks after every 25 minutes of focused work (goes well with Pomodoro)
  • Go out for a walk at least once a day preferably around nature
  • Do a stretching session every morning and evening
